Strawberry Rhubarb Frappé

Pick your fix

The Strawberry Rhubarb Frappé combines the sweet taste of freshly picked strawberries with the tartness of rhubarb, which are the reddish green stalks of a large plant that are eaten like a fruit after the plant is cooked. If you’ve ever had a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie—a popular choice at summer picnics—you understand how well the strawberry and rhubarb flavors go together. The frappé tastes just like a slice of that pie, just in the form a wine slushy.
