These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Nectar of the Vine website. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. If you have any questions about our products or website, please don't hesitate to contact us.
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail. Larger orders, such as gift baskets or wholesale orders, will be shipped using UPS Ground. It takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. We try to ship out all orders placed before 12pm EST on the same day, but this varies depending on the time of the year and the weather. We ship out of Middlefield, OH , so the closer you are to us the quicker your package will arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for processing during peak periods and holidays. At this time, we only ship in the United States. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. Nectar of the Vine is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect or undeliverable address if it was the one provided at the time of ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nectar of the Vine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over what happens to it. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please send us an email and we will try to work with the post office to file a claim and see if we can retrieve it, or to see if it qualifies for an insurance claim. Please let us know within four business days of the delivery date if you haven't received your package.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not allow returns or exchanges on online orders or orders placed at an event. If there was an error with your order, please let us know within two days of receiving it and we will work with you to correct the issue.
All payments are processes seamlessly and securely on our website via Authorize.net. We also accept Apple Pay via Authorize.net for those with Apple products. To use Apple Pay, access our site using a device that has Apple pay included. Then simply click the "Apple Pay" button at checkout and follow the steps. Authorize.net is a secure, reliable, and trustworthy payment gateway partner used by over 400,00 business throughout the world. You can learn more about them here. At this time we only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you are trying to use an American Express card, your order will not go through. Once your orders has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you receive an error message or do not receive a confirmation email, check to make sure all information has been entered correctly. If you are getting a declined message, please contact your bank to resolve the issue. Contact us for any further questions or issues.
Nectar of the Vine offers wholesale pricing to valid retail establishments such as (but not limited too) small retail shops, specialty stores, boutiques, wineries, and restaurants. All wholesale orders are required to be paid via credit card at the time of purchase. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm ET, will be shipped out the same day via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-5 business days (weather permitting) for delivery. Shipping total depends on amount ordered and the shipping location. There is a $3 processing and handling fee on all wholesale orders. All wholesalers agree to only sell the wine frappes and the approved store or business, and are not permitted to sell at events such as expos or tradeshows. Wholesalers agree to not repackage, alter, or recreate the frappe mixture. If these terms are violated, Nectar of the Vine has the right to terminate the contract. Nectar of the Vine honors and respects the privacy of all of our customers. We will never sell, rent, or give to any outside company unless it is necessary to do so to assist the customer , at their own consent. Such instances would be releasing address, email, and phone number to mail a package, or to an outside source for additional technical support. Your personal information will in no way be released to an outside party for advertising purposes. As you browse our site, cookies will be placed on your computer to keep track of what you are interested in, and what items you browse or place in your cart. You can disable these in your browser at any time. See your individual browser instructions for further information. Any personal information you provide when creating an account on our site is stored securely and is not accessible by any outside parties.
Our office and warehouse are open Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm ET. We are closed on all major holidays. Any orders or customer service questions that fall outside of operating hours will be processed the following business day.

Logos, descriptions, images, and any other form of content or text from our site must not be reproduced or used without written permission. Doing so is a direct violation and we reserve the right to carry out legal action.
